Extra charges are only applied (voluntarily by you, the customer) when you add features or additions beyond what the original package allows for (for example, extra disk space or Email addresses).

Extra Email addresses: £1.55/month (with 4 MB disk space).

Disk Space: £1.95 per 5 MB/month.

Potentially, you can use our service but you will need to set-up a Payment Gateway through Site Build PRO in order to process payments over the Internet.

A great alternative (and more affordable) to a Merchant Account is to register a PayPal account.

In both cases (Merchant Account or PayPal) you will receive an auto-responder (to the Email address you specify) immediately notifying you of the transaction.

It's this simple: you get the auto-responder and fulfil the order based on the transaction.

Of course, it is your responsibility to fulfil the order.

Yes. Your customer will be billed based on the currency he/she has decided to pay in (either Pound Sterling, US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euro or Japanese Yen).

The customer's credit card company will perform the currency exchange so your customer will see the amount in his/her country's currency.

Both options are available to you.

We strongly recommend your own domain name (for example, www.mycompany.com) as it looks much more professional and will be easier to remember for your customers (as opposed to mycompany.sitebuildpro.com).You simply have to have your domain name point to our servers and we take care of the rest (we can help you manage this).

If you don't have a domain name however, you can still have a domain set up through us temporarily or as long as you need (for example, mycompany.sitebuildpro.com).

Yes. Depending on what's required,our team can modify your website or duplicate it to work with our system. Because there are so many variables to take into account we charge an hourly fee based on what is required.
